01 — Email us

Please include the following so we can help you faster:

Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About)
ByeBed app version (Settings tab inside the app)
A clear description of the issue or your question
Screenshots or screen recordings if relevant

02 — Report a bug

If something is not working correctly (alarm did not ring, mission stuck, crash, etc.), email [email protected] with:

What you were doing when the bug happened
What you expected to happen
What actually happened
Whether it happens every time or occasionally

Bugs that affect alarms ringing are treated with the highest priority.

03 — Refunds & subscriptions

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.

To cancel a subscription:

Open the iPhone Settings app
Tap your name at the top
Tap Subscriptions
Select ByeBed and tap Cancel Subscription

To request a refund, use Apple's official tool: reportaproblem.apple.com

04 — Privacy & data requests

ByeBed stores your alarms, preferences, settings and stats locally on your device. There is no account system. Some data is handled by our service providers: subscription status (RevenueCat and Apple), product analytics (PostHog), ad-campaign measurement (AppsFlyer, TikTok) and purchase notifications sent to the developer (Discord, Telegram). Photos and drawings sent for a mission check are not stored by us.

To delete the data on your phone, simply uninstall the app. All locally stored data is removed immediately. To ask us to delete analytics or subscription data linked to your device, email us.
