01 — Email us
The fastest way to reach us is by email:
Please include the following so we can help you faster:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About)
- ByeBed app version (Settings tab inside the app)
- A clear description of the issue or your question
- Screenshots or screen recordings if relevant
02 — Report a bug
If something is not working correctly (alarm did not ring, mission stuck, crash, etc.), email [email protected] with:
- What you were doing when the bug happened
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- Whether it happens every time or occasionally
Bugs that affect alarms ringing are treated with the highest priority.
03 — Refunds & subscriptions
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.
To cancel a subscription:
- Open the iPhone Settings app
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select ByeBed and tap Cancel Subscription
To request a refund, use Apple's official tool: reportaproblem.apple.com

04 — Privacy & data requests
ByeBed stores all your data locally on your device — alarms, preferences, settings. There is no account system and no server-side user data.
To delete all your data, simply uninstall the app. All locally stored data is removed immediately.
